Summary of the Spiritual Battle for the White House
It’s clear that the nation is in the midst of a debacle—-economic loss of employment, mortgages failing/ debt crisis/ moral decline/ weather disasters, etc.
Contrary to what the White House is saying the debacle is getting worse, not better.
We’re at a point similar to the Revolutionary War when we need God’s Providence, God’s miracles to overcome our obstacles. We need Divine Wisdom and God’s miracles, not conventional politics.
Unlike our Founding Fathers the current occupant of the White House apparently doesn’t understand spiritual principles, including Ephesians 6:12—-we aren’t merely wrestling with flesh and blood but with principalities and powers, and hosts of wickedness of this present age.
Earlier Presidents brought Divine Providence to the nation by publicly honoring the living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob through speeches and national days of prayer and repentance.
Because of such public recognition of His Hand, the living God blessed this nation beyond any other in history. We became prosperous and a light of Liberty in a dark world. That is still God’s purpose for each of us in this country.
In contrast President Obama has declared we are no longer a Christian nation, failed to participate in a National Day of Prayer, and bowed obsequiously to a pagan king, in violation of Exodus 20:1-4, thus ripping any remaining fabric of Divine Providence over the White House.
As a result we’re under a spiritual attack never before seen in our lifetimes. Like the terrorists of 9/11 we with spiritual discernment need to use our spiritual “weapons” including prayer and fasting to defeat the enemy. Like the occupants of United Flight 93 aimed at the White House we have to bring down this terrorist attack. Remember their united call: Let’s roll !!
It’s now time to elect representatives at all levels of government who understand spiritual principles and who sincerely honor our national motto “In God We Trust. “ It’s time for citizens to register and vote their principles for such public servants.
Additionally, it’s now time for sincere believers in this living God, those “who are called by His Name” to humble themselves, to pray, to seek His face, to turn from their wicked ways. Then God will hear our cry, forgive our sins, and heal our land. 2 Chronicles 7:14.
